Privacy
How we handle the data you leave in the contact form: who is responsible, what we use it for, who has access to it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Nexus Visual, which operates under the commercial brand Qvasar, with NRT 935954C and registered office at Av. de la Cortinada 8, AD300 Ordino, Principat d’Andorra.
For any data protection matter you can write to us at m.galera@qvasar.com.
Which data we process and where it comes from
We process the data you yourself write in the contact form: the name, the email address, the company (if you decide to give it), the message, the language you want the meeting in and the language of the page you send it from. In the message, do not include especially sensitive data, such as data relating to health, ideology or beliefs: we do not need it to answer you.
The technical operation of the website also generates information associated with your request: we use the IP address transiently to apply the request limit and to preserve the security of the service, and the hosting of the website keeps technical logs like any server.
If you book a meeting through the booking service linked on the website, the data you enter there is processed under the terms and the policy of that service, which are those of cal.com.
Purposes and legal bases
We process the data from the form and the associated technical data only for the following purposes, each with the legal basis indicated by the table:
| Purpose | Legal basis | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Answering your request, arranging the meeting and recording the contact in our CRM before the first contact | Pre-contractual measures at your request and legitimate interest in attending to professional enquiries | Form data |
| Protecting the form against abusive uses, through a hidden field and a limit of requests per IP address | Legitimate interest in protecting the service | IP address and request data |
With this data we do no marketing of any kind: we send no newsletters, we build no behaviour profiles and we take no automated decisions about you. If in the future we added any of these purposes, we would update this page and propose it to you expressly and separately.
Legitimate interest
When a professional writes to us asking for a conversation, we have a legitimate interest in answering them and managing their request: that is the reason the contact form exists. This interest does not authorise us to process more data than necessary and, for that reason, we ask for the minimum. You can object to the processing at any time by writing to m.galera@qvasar.com.
Recipients
Besides the two founders of Qvasar, who receive every request, the data you leave in the form is accessed only by the providers that serve us in receiving it: the one hosting the website and the service that collects the requests, the customer records where the contact is registered, and the email service that notifies the founders of each new request. Each of them processes the data only to do that job, under its contract with us. This website collects no visit statistics with any third-party tool. We do not sell or transfer data for marketing.
International transfers
Some of these providers deliver the service from the United States. In those cases, the transfer of data relies on the contractual data protection safeguards provided for in the contract corresponding to each provider. If you want to know the safeguard that applies to a specific provider, you can request a copy by writing to m.galera@qvasar.com.
Retention period
We keep the data of the requests that do not end in an engagement for up to 24 months after the last contact.
The data of clients is kept in accordance with the contract of each engagement and with the accounting and legal obligations that apply to us. The technical logs of the service, such as the hosting logs and the request-limit counters, are kept for short periods, tied to their security function.
Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to individually automated decisions. To do so, send an email to m.galera@qvasar.com stating which right you want to exercise.
We will answer you within one month of receiving your request. If the request is complex or you have made several, the period can be extended by up to two more months, which we would tell you at the start.
Complaint to the authority
If you consider that we have not processed your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA), with offices at C/ Doctor Vilanova 15-17 (planta -5), AD500 Andorra la Vella, email apda@apda.ad, telephone +376 808 115 and website www.apda.ad.
If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority of your country; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Mandatory data
The name, the email address and the message are necessary to be able to answer you: without them we would not know who you are or what you are asking of us. The company is an optional field that helps us place the conversation.
Security
The connection with the website and with the service that receives the requests is encrypted. Within Qvasar, access to the data of the form is limited to the two founders, besides the providers that process it to serve us, as we explain in Recipients. We only collect the data strictly necessary for each purpose.
Minors
The services presented on this website are aimed at companies and professionals, not at minors. We do not deliberately collect any data from minors.
Changes and language versions
