Each level includes the one before

Every system we deliver goes on with maintenance, and the three levels are always shown together. We recommend Partner Tecnològic and never require it. Maintenance and Partner only with a Qvasar system in place; Premium also from scratch and at the same price, if you only want the accompaniment.

Monthly maintenance
the basic level
So that your systems keep running as they were accepted: updates, checks, diagnosis always included and Qvasar's own faults corrected at no cost. Each month, a brief notice of what was done. One fee per client, for all their systems, included by default with every system; the server, separate and at cost.

the middle level, the one we recommend
What it includes
- Quarterly review of the plan, with a decision log and an inventory of your systems (costs and risks).
- A monthly radar of developments applied to your company, to decide what to test and what to plan.
- Live training on your systems: one session of up to 2 hours per quarter.
What it is not
It is not support or incident handling, which go through maintenance. Building a system is a Custom AI systems engagement. Whatever falls outside the plan is quoted separately and never required.

the premium level
Continued external direction of your company's AI: prioritising projects, choosing vendors and supervising risks, adoption and architecture. It includes everything in Partner Tecnològic.
- A weekly session, in a fixed slot in one partner's calendar; if that partner is away, the other covers it or it is recovered the same week.
- Priority attention: your first response comes first, and the first free window for new engagements is yours, without moving dates already committed.
- The budget and the signing of contracts stay with you: we prioritise and choose vendors within your budget.

Price and terms
