Product · with Paperclip

Agent team

A coordinator splits the work among specialist agents and another agent reviews each delivery. A person approves what goes out. We build it with Paperclip.

A coordinator and its specialists

Each agent has its own job and the engine that suits it best. The coordinator assigns, the specialists do, and the Reviewer reads before anything moves on.

How a job moves

From the request to your approval, every job goes through a ticket, a specialist and a review. Here it is with a made-up joinery.

  1. Request

It comes in by Telegram, by email or on the board: «Quote for 40 oak doors for a hotel».

  2. Coordinator

Reads it, turns it into tickets and assigns each ticket to a specialist.

  3. Ticket

Every ticket has an owner, a deadline and a time and cost limit.

  4. Specialist

Sales works out the quote with the company's rates and lead times.

  5. Cross review

The Reviewer checks it and leaves comments. Three rounds at most.

  6. Person

If a doubt is left, it asks you with a card. You approve what goes out.

Where a person decides

The agents do the work and review each other. What leaves the company, and the decisions that matter, go through a person.

  • Cross review

Another agent reviews every delivery. If there is no agreement after three rounds, the decision goes to a person.

Drawing: three rounds of review between agents, then a person decides.
  • Question cards

When an agent is unsure, it sends you a card with the question and the options, and waits for your answer.

Sample question card: the Research agent asks which of two oak price lists to use and offers two options.
  • Time and cost limits

Each agent has a maximum time per run and a monthly budget. If it reaches either, it stops and tells you.

Sample meters: an agent's time per run and its cost this month, each against its limit.

Made to measure, on a proven base

We start from a team that already works and fit it to your company: which specialists, which engine, which tools and where they talk to you.
